Head Teller Responsibilities & Duties:

· Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees & customers.

· Supervise Tellers & CSRs in both lobby & drive-thru.

· Provide quality & exceptional service to customers.

· Assist in training the branch staff to enhance individual productivity.

· Order and ship coin and currency for the branch.

· Assist in presenting weekly branch meetings.

· Ensure the branch is kept clean, safe, and orderly.

· Communicate personally with customers to ensure satisfaction.

· Resolve customer complaints promptly & efficiently.

· Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the branch.

· Perform all duties of a Teller & Customer Service Representative.

· Test branch security equipment and investigate security issues when needed.

· Other duties as instructed.

Minimum requirements:

· At least two years of Teller experience with an excellent balancing record & an excellent attendance record.

· At least one year of strong CSR experience, displaying knowledge of all FM Bank’s products & services.

· Mastery of all topics on the Teller Training Checklist

· Satisfactory evaluation on previous evaluation(s)

· Organizational skills

· Positive/friendly attitude

· Must have a professional appearance & manner

· The ability and willingness to attend training classes (offered at FM Bank & outside sources)

· The ability to work under time constraints, use good judgement, and act in a tactful, professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,500.00 - $44,000.00 per year
