Job Description

The LVN/RN will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting the clinical team at the community. A successful LPN/RN has the ability to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good LPN/RN has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
• Ensure that patients take their medication
• Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
• Liaise with patients' families

Requirements

• Completed LVN/LPN license program
• Bachelor of Nursing (RN)
• Computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Love for seniors!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
