What is the opportunity?

The Health Care Coordinator at Fountain Life Naples will report to the Center Director. They will act as the ‘face of Fountain Life’ and be responsible for delivering the 21st century experience our clients expect from our revolutionary practice. This important role involves overdelivering at every member touchpoint, while making the process feel incredibly intuitive, educational and empowering. The Health Coordinator must be able to ‘surprise & delight’ every client that walks through our doors, while ensuring each client leaves with an actionable, detailed WellCare plan and Fountain Life at top-of-mind.

What will you do?

This position is an integral part of Fountain Life’s overall mission to transform healthcare. This Health Care Coordinator will be tasked with delivering unique, personalized service, in ways that inspire, reflect trust and credibility to our clients, and ensure membership success and loyalty.

  • Perform various customer services duties such as greeting clients, assisting with inquiries in person and over the phone, and processing payments, while continuously overdelivering and displaying a ‘surprise & delight’ attitude
  • Optimizes clients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Protects clients rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
  • Assist senior management with displaying Fountain Life’s overall vision, by ensuring the facility is up to optimal standards of cleanliness

To ensure success, our Health Care Coordinator must have a passion for health and wellness and be dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals. Top candidates will have the ability to connect with FPI clients, while inspiring them to reach their highest potential.

Must-Have’s:

  • A self-starter with the ability to multitask successfully
  • Capacity to maintain a calm and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Have a passion for health, wellness and self-improvement
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be reliable and aligned with Fountain Life’s common vision

Nice-to-Have’s:

  • Prior Experience working in a Medical Clinic environment
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Experience in Square Payment Solutions
