Healthcare Recruiter / Health Information Management Division - REMOTE

Job Summary:

RCM’s Health Information Management division is rapidly growing, and looking for motivated, organized, and driven recruiters to join an established and successful team to source, place, and cultivate relationships with top talent to meet our client’s staffing and consulting needs. Reporting to the Supervisor of Recruitment, the HIM Recruiter will partner with sales executives, the operations team, and division leadership to source qualified and experienced candidates for some of the nation’s top health care organizations.

Job Duties:

• Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold-calling, screening, and closing candidates using multiple industry-leading platforms
• Recruit and qualify candidates to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of business offerings
• Actively manage pipeline to create and maintain relationships with past, current, and potential consultants
• Utilize and implement organizational strategies to improve workflow, processes, and build individual book of business
• Work with operations team to ensure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses
• Actively manage multiple time-sensitive requests
• Maintain attention to detail and a process-driven mind-set to ensure successful placements for clients

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of successful experience in healthcare recruiting
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Driven, self-motivated mind-set
• Problem-solver
• Comfortable with uncomfortable conversations
• Comfortable being on the phone
• Pay Negotiations
• Multi-tasking

Compensation:

• Salary plus commission
