This is an Ohio Hi Point Career Center position working at the Early College High School.
REPORTS TO:
Career Tech Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid Ohio career-technical license or high school diploma with at least five years of industry experience in the health care field.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Effective organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement program options, auxiliary services, and curricular materials that support the diverse learning needs of students. Experience with instruction of career technical health science curriculum. Background knowledge in health career field. Experience working with career technical student organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide classroom and laboratory instruction to students for employment or further education in the health care industry. Evaluate student performance, work cooperatively with parents, school personnel, and the business community to maintain a program which meets Ohio Department of Education and industry standards.
