Stout Construction, LLC. is seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable heavy equipment mechanic who can repair, maintain, and perform routine maintenance on all company equipment to factory specs.

General Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair engines, drivetrain, hydraulic, fuel, air, electrical, HVAC, and suspension
- Compliance with all company guidelines and procedures
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment, including tools, equipment, shop, and service vehicles to a high professional appearance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- Two years of experience in the field
- Valid CDL or ability to obtain
- Pass pre-employment check and pre-employment drug screen
- Diesel technical school or equivalent
- Ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of CAT and John Deere construction equipment
- Commitment to safety
Preferred:
- Experience fixing and maintaining various pieces of earth-work equipment, although training can be provided
