Heavy Equipment Operator Job at Homestead Gardens

We are hiring for a full-time Equipment Operator at our Horticulture Supply Division in Davidsonville, MD with experience using heavy equipment such as loaders, diesel forklift, etc.
What You'll Do:
- Provide support in Nursery yard with heavy lifting using equipment
- Load customer vehicles with bulk material, ranging from stone to mulch
- Provide support in the warehouse with forklift storing pallets of material
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll bring:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work outdoors, sometimes in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Competency to conduct maintenance of equipment
- At least 1 year of experience using heavy equipment
- Spanish Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
