Help Desk Analyst - WBGH - 1.0 FT E/W
The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for receiving, triaging, prioritizing, assigning and tracking computer related problem calls. The Help Desk Specialist will receive, assign, monitor and resolve special customer requests and records calls/requests accurately and precisely with all necessary information for the assignee to respond correctly. The Help Desk Analyst will assist in the support of the resolution process of customer and vendor hardware, software, and networking problems. The Help Desk Analyst is part of the first level of on-call personnel and is responsible for customer satisfaction.
Associates Degree or Computer Certificate Degree in Information Systems or experience can be substituted for education as defined below.
A minimum of two (2) years experience in Information Systems; experience in information systems within a health care environment is preferable. Demonstrated ability to work with people at all organizational levels. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in an analytical and objective manner with attention to detail. Ability to complete tasks and project assignments in a timely manner. Knowledge of PC hardware and software required.
