- Must have a minimum of 2 years IT service desk/tech support experience (4 years if no degree)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Responsibilities include answering technical support calls as well as assisting people in person
- Must be reliable with time and attendance
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Position requires visits to different sites for tech support in agency vehicle.
