Shifts: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, no on call duties

Education: Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling required

Experience: Experience working with adults with mental illness and/or hoarding disorder a plus

Essential Duties:

The HOME (Helping Organize My Environment) Team Clinician will provide in home clinical care as part of a new, innovative team that exclusively serves adults with behavioral health diagnoses and hoarding tendencies living in supportive housing.

Must be comfortable visiting residents in the community, including single site locations and scattered site apartments, to reduce acquiring/saving objects and assist in organization to improve safety and quality of life.

Will work with Bridge staff in various departments, including facilities, property management, and housing programs, to support clients.

Will partner with leading experts, including researchers at the University of San Diego, and will be trained in CREST (Cognitive Rehabilitation and Exposure/Sorting Treatment).

Will be supervised by an LCSW to obtain licensure hours.

Monthly MetroCard provided. No on call responsibilities.

Preferred Qualities:

· Some computer literacy required. Ability to use agency Electronic Health Record to document services and track data

· Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
