Why we are hiring
Our Company is in need of a self-motivated and experienced High End Residential Supervisor to support our growing Operations in the North NJ area for our Concierge/Doormen department. The ideal candidate will be able to manage day-to-day general operations and administrative tasks.

Respnsibilites:
- Have a solid understanding of each client site, the specific needs, and team schedules.
- Complete site tours regularly and meet with the management on a consistent basis.
- Interview, hire, and train new associates based on job requirements for front desk/concierge duties.
- Ensure job-specific on-the-job training is conducted as per OSHA requirements.
- Monitor performance and any applicable corrective actions.
- Order appropriate uniforms, supplies & equipment.
- Manage budgets with a disciplined approach.
- Ensure that all necessary logbooks, timesheets, and tracking are in place – will also be responsible for bi-weekly payroll submission.
- Maintain the highest level of Customer Focus and retention – ensure consistent satisfaction.
- Perform associate inspections/audits randomly and confirm that the staff is professional, in uniform, wearing the ID badges, as per spec/contracts indicate.
- Accessible to the client, management team, and your associates at all times – respond to and handle emergency situations as required.
- You will carry out supervisory responsibilities according to company policies, client /site expectations and all applicable federal/state laws.
- Being able to work hand and hand with all departments such as recruiting, HR, Operations, billing and/or Planned administrators
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience in a field supervisory or junior management level position. Working in hotel-like atmosphere and/or residential properties.
- Proven ability to manage associates.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and disciplining.
- Possess excellent communication skills, must be proficient in the English language.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, courteous and professional.
- Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient with Word, Excel and building management systems.
