What you will do:
  • Serve as the manager on duty and lead the salesfloor and oversee the salesfloor and the associate team.
  • Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isn’t it. This is a selling position.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
  • Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
  • Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
