Our multi-talented staff works as a team to create a fun and welcoming environment where children can explore and learn together! We are looking for another goal-oriented teacher to join our awesome group! We currently have 2 open positions (full/part time) at our private preschool program that has small class sizes. Since we opened in 2008 we have had high enrollment and continual wait lists and are trying to add a few more students to our group! We are fully licensed with the State of Maine and pride ourselves on rewarding our valuable teachers with paid professional development, monthly bonuses & luncheons, continued classroom support and many more perks! We are hoping to find self motivated candidates that can easily multitask and help to foster a community classroom where all students can thrive!

Hours: 7:30-4:30 M-F

Children's Ages- Infant, Toddler, Preschool

Teacher Responsibilities-

• TEACH with all your heart
• Follow our play based, creative curriculum (add your own flair)
• Engage students with hands on teaching
• Supervise, manage your target classroom
• Always put safety first
• Collaborate during monthly teacher meetings
• Work together with parents
• Assess students and share progress reports 2-3X a year
• Compile student " works of art"
• Help organize class events & family projects
• Stay current with CPR/Fist Aid certification & other necessary certifications
• Enroll in Maine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network
• Clean, vacuum and sanitize classroom daily
• Have FUN & enjoy what you do!
