We are hiring part-time bartenders for the Hofheimer Rooftop for the Spring/Summer/Fall 2023 season to provide Hofheimer Rooftop guests with a high quality, memorable experience at The Hofheimer Building. This position will report to The Hofheimer Building General Manager.

Roles + Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be highly skilled and experienced with the following roles and responsibilities. This includes, but not limited to:

• Bartending: Preparing and serving beer, wine, and specialty cocktail drinks for a high volume bar.
• Cleaning/Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and organize the bar before, during, and after a shift according to operational checklists requested by management.
• Guest Service + Management: Providing exceptional, personalized, and memorable service to our guests.
• Technology: Ability to utilize POS systems to process payments for guests.

Requirements

• Guest Experience: Ability to engage with guests in a positive, fun, and high-quality manner to provide the ultimate guest experience.
• Work Experience: Must have classic drink and craft cocktail knowledge, understanding, and innovative ability to develop a unique drink experience to our guests in a high volume, upscale restaurant/bar.
• Team Collaboration and Flexibility: Ability to work collaboratively and in a flexible manner with other positions and areas of business, including the kitchen, event venue, barbacks, other bars, etc.
• Additional Duties: Other duties as assigned by supervisor and managers.
