We currently have an opportunity for an Employment Specialist to support our Asian Division in NYC!
The Employment Specialist is responsible for maintaining compliance with health care worker regulations, recruitment & training.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of two years in a home / health care environment preferred
- Ability to use computerized systems
- Bi-lingual – English/Spanish a plus
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and/or local health care worker regulations as well as contract requirements for all existing field personnel
- Upkeep and organization of personnel files and electronic copies
- Coordinate documentation and reporting for all Unemployment, Worker’s Comp, Disability & FMLA claims
- Maintenance of Wage and Employee verifications
- Coordination of Annual Training Programs and schedules
- All other duties as assigned
