Home Care RN Job offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Glen Burnie, MD. Home Health RN’s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.
Full Time / 5-6 home visits per day
The ideal Home Health RN candidate will maintain:
- At least 1 year of recent Home Care RN experience
- Admissions / Case Management experience
- Current MD State or Compact License
- Current BLS (AHA)
- OASIS – 48-hour turnaround
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
