As a Home Care Support Specialist/HHA you will:
· Be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living and other tasks that enable our clients to remain in their own home.
· Provide supportive services such as assistance with personal care, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, laundry, errands, and light housework.
Requirements for this position are:
- Must have ONE of the following:
- 3 shifts weekly - 13 hour shift
- One year of Home Health Aide or supervised patient care experience.
- STNA
- CNA
- State accredited Home Health Aide Certification (We can provide information on how to obtain this if needed.)
- Reliable transportation.
- Need to be up to date with CPR and First Aid. (We can provide you with this once hired.)
- Desire to work with seniors and other adults with disabilities
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate with clients/families and emergency systems personnel.
- Ability to pass Background Check.
