Job Description:

What we’re looking for in you

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• MN or WI CNA certificate upon start date
• Provide proof of MN and WI CNA certificates within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI CNA certificates are not present on start date
• Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• Age 18 or older and have at least 1 year of driving experience
• Have valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines

Preferred:

• Prior nursing assistance experience

The purpose of the Home Health Aide role

As a Home Health Aide you will assist professional personnel to provide patient care according to department and hospital standards. The HHA completes other supportive tasks necessary to the functioning of the department under the supervision of a Case Manager.
