Home Health Aide Job at America Homecare Inc
Non-Certified Home Health aides needed in the Hancock area. Flexible shifts, Nights and Weekend shifts available.
The job description is as follows:
- Must be able to transport self to client's residence and have a vehicle
- Providing basic personal care as needed
- Light housekeeping, changing bed linens and towels, laundry
- Meal preparation
- Food shopping (sometimes special diet prescribed for the patient)
- Running errands for patients, assisting with correspondence
- Companionship
- Administering and reminding of oral or topical medications as needed
- Assisting with personal grooming, including bathing, dental hygiene, use of bedpans and disposal of bedpan waste as needed,
- Assisting with mobility, getting in and out of chairs, bathtubs, beds and vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.20 per hour
