HHA/PCA Qualifications:
- Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide or (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
- Current Photo ID & Social Security card
- Drug screen (last 6 months)
- Full physical (last 6 months) 2 PPD's, Rubella & Rubeola titers
- Two references
HHA/PCA Responsibilities:
Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Social Interaction
Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist in a timely manner
