Self motivated Occupational Therapist that wants some flexibility in schedule
Likes one on one time with your patients
We are seeking a Part Time occupational therapist willing to cover central valley from east of the I-17 to the 101 Scottsdale area. Part time availability includes a commitment to 10-15 visits per week, this is not a PRN position. Part time staff do earn PTO. PRN applicants considered but must have at least five (4) available visits per week. PRN includes mileage reimbursement.

Requirements:
Occupational Therapy license in State of AZ
Prefer home health/Oasis experience
Experience with geriatrics a must

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
