Home Sales Associate - Bilingual Job at Americasa, LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation, presenting AmeriCasa home options in a persuasive manner, in our community
- Work with all clients to understand and identify their needs/wants/desires while aligning the perfect home to meet their needs.
- Responsible for a high level of activity including, but not limited to engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
Desired Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum High School or GED required
- Driver's License Required
- Must be bilingual -English/Spanish-.
- 2+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.

- Base wage of $2,000 monthly
- Commission structure that enables total compensation to exceed $200,000 per year, based on achievement of sales goals.
