Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, College Degree (not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships
- Computer experience (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance per company guidelines
- Must have patience, adaptability, and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedules and supervise caregivers
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure client success
- Monitor caregiver activity
- Verification of caregiver shifts for payroll/billing purposes
- On-call responsibilities, rotating schedule
- Work cohesively with Clinical, Compliance and Intake Departments to admit new patients, manage caregivers, and maintain regulatory standards.
