Homeless project Case Manager Job at DAEOC

DAEOC is currently seeking a Homeless Project Case Manager who has the ability to empathize with and understand the needs of DAEOC clients as well as have knowledge of the living and working conditions of the six county service area.
Successful candidate will work directly with families impacted by homelessness to assist them in becoming self-sufficient. The candidate will help identify and address factors which may have caused the family's present circumstances such as employment, education, budgeting, health, emergency services and parenting skills.
An Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Social Services or related field is required. Must have a valid Missouri Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
