Duties: What you will do:

  • Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc.
  • Promote Unity Hospice as the premier hospice and the best choice for end-of-life care
  • Develop strategic sales plans resulting in increased hospice referrals and census growth
  • Educate referral partners, patients and families about hospice and end-of-life care
  • Assist patients and families with completing consent and other documentation
  • Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements: What you need to have:

  • Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
  • Ability to build relationships that result in company growth
