What you’ll need to be our RN Case Leader:

• Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
• Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
• Highly precise worker, who remains cautious while respecting authority
• RN required, BSN preferred
• Previous experience with clinical assessments focused on decline & comfort measures
• Comfortable with pain management
• Quick decision making skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Ensure accurate and complete clinical documentation based on patient decline
• Provide thorough and empathetic communication to families
• Maintain positive community relationships by representing the organization's mission and goals
