Meadows Health is a community, short-term acute care facility with a cardiac cath lab, a 15,000 square foot cancer center, and a skilled nursing center on campus. Vidalia is a historic town in southeast Georgia with a population of 11,000 and is conveniently located between Atlanta, 2 and 1/2 hours to the North, and Savannah, an hour and a 1/2 to the south Vidalia is best known for its patented sweet onions.
