Our Hampton Inn & Suites in Sarasota is seeking a Guest Service Representative (Front Desk) to join our Team!

The Guest Services Representative is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests.

Responsibilities include:

* Greeting and checking in/ checking out guests - showing your PASSION for providing best in class customer service.
* Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property with INTEGRITY.
* Identifies the needs of each guest and provides service and information, to create an INCLUSIVE and accomodating environment for all.
* Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing EXCELLENCE in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system.

What you bring:

* Customer service experience, preferrably at a hotel.

* Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

* Computer knowledge, including, intranet, Property Management Systems and others.

* A Team Player attitude.
