Job Duties Include The Following;

Managing Cleaning Supplies Inventory And Reporting It To The Owners.

Inspecting Your Own Work, Going behind yourself after the cleaning is complete and inspecting the home for 5 Star cleanliness. Reporting outcome to the owners.

Cleaning Residential Homes, Airbnb Homes And Offices when needed.

This person must have at least 2 years cleaning experience in a working setting for another employer. We will verify previous employment. Must have your own transportation to get to and from each cleaning service. 99% Of our cleans are in the Cape Coral Florida area or Fort Myers Florida area and Matlacha and Saint James City Area. We pay everyday that you work, we Zelle your money directly to your bank account at the end of each day. You must have a cell phone that is in working order because you will be required to send the owners pictures after each cleaning of each home that you clean. You must have a flexible schedule as we have last minute cleans that pop up on occasion. Pay is $20.00 to $33.50 per hour, this is a contract labor position or a 1099 position.

Other job requirements; Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. There is NO SMOKING on any of our properties if you are caught you will be terminated on the spot. As stated before you MUST have your OWN car not borrowing a car or having someone bring you to work. This is non-negotiable. We do not pay for your fuel to and from each cleaning service. You are 100% responsible for maintaining your vehicle and maintaining your gas expenses as our company does not reimburse for any fuel expenses. You will be responsible for keeping our storage facility clean and organised and stocking cleaning supplies. On occasion the owner may ask you to stop by our supply vendor to pick up supplies if we do this you will be reimbursed for any extra fuel costs involved in doing this. You will be held responsible for securing the locks and doors at our storage facility and if left unlocked or open not secured you will be held responsible for any losses in supplies or our equipment if it's stolen. We will deduct from your pay any losses that occur.

While we do supply all of your cleaning supplies and equipment you are ultimately responsible for this equipment and any damages that occurs to the equipment unless it's deemed a product failure by the owner Marcus Edwardson. No equipment is to be taken nor used for your personal needs. If caught you will be fired and held responsible for returning our equipment to us or the authorities. Only Marcus Edwardson Or Earl Galloway may give you permission to take home our supplies that are deemed as "Extra's" otherwise you are to return any un-used supplies every day to our storage facility.

We follow a very strict cleaning procedure and here is a list of things that you will be required to do while cleaning for M & E Cleaning Services. 1) Vacuum, Swiffer, and Mop all flooring. 2) Bathrooms: Clean the shower/tub, toilet, sink, vanity, and mirrors. We also clean in behind the toilet and beside it and in front of it because kids and men miss the toilet. 3) Bedrooms: Clean and swiffer underneath the beds, dresser's and nightstands. Clean every inside window, window sills, blinds, and ceiling fans top to bottom on every single clean. 4) Dust the entire house and polish any wood workings in the home. 5) Living Room: Move sofa and sweep and mop underneath it. remove all sofa cushions and vacuum them and where they were sitting. Move coffee table and end tables and vacuum and mop underneath them. 6) Clean both sides of the sliding glass doors and the tracks too. 7) Lani: Sweep and clean all furniture including a grill or outdoor kitchens. 8) Sweep front entryway and garage. Clean both sides of the doors throughout the entire home. Dust ceilings for cobwebs. Clean light plate switches and plug switches and sanitize. 9) Kitchen: Cabinets, all appliances including coffee maker or toaster ovens are cleaned and sanitized. refrigerator is wiped down top to bottom, if it's a Airbnb remove all food and throw it away or take it home and clean and sanitize the freezer and refrigerator. Stove top and oven are cleaned. Inside and out of Microwave oven cleaned. Dishwasher is cleaned inside & out and sanitized. Sink is cleaned and sprayed with stainless steel polish. Cabinets are organized and inspected the dishes for dirty dishes. Drawers are wiped out and organized and cleaned and sanitized. 10) Have FUN! we want happy people working for us, we like to cut up and joke all the time. Yes we take our jobs very serious but we have fun doing it!
