Housekeeper Job at CITRUS HEALTH NETWORK, INC.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least two (2) years of experience working in the field, preferably hospitals and residential facilities
2. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
3. Customer-oriented and friendly
4. Working quickly without compromising quality.
5. Knowledge of English
6. Ability to prioritize functions and good time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sweep, scrub, mop, polish floors, dust and polish furniture, wipe down glass surfaces, clean wash basins, mirrors, showers, according to facility/Unit assigned.
2. Ensure all rooms and common areas are inspected to standards and clean daily.
3. Report safety hazards to Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
4. Ensure cleaning materials are in supply and stored safely making sure that there is no inadequacies.
5. Maintain all housekeeping tools clean and in a safe and sanitary working condition. Replace when appropriate.
6. Notify supervisors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
7. Post “WET FLOOR” signs in area when cleaning floors.
8. Pick-up and dispose biochemical hazardous waste from all units.
9. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of company-related practices.
