We are currently seeking a housekeeper to clean our office building. The successful candidate will be available to work weekdays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and must have prior experience cleaning offices as well as a completed background check and good references. We are looking for a clean, responsible individual who has excellent attention to detail and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
- Meet or exceed requirements for cleanliness and appearance.
- Maintain a safe working environment for self and guests.
- Be able to lift large objects up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for substantial periods of time.
- Be able to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Push equipment like vacuum cleaners and laundry carts.
- Dust furniture.
- Wash walls, ceilings and floors.
- Pretreat stains on carpeting.
- Repair torn linens.
- Spot clean walls, ceilings and floors.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
