NOTE: You must be able to drive from one location to another to qualify for this positon.
Your work schedule will be 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday.

- You will be responsible general cleaning and maintenance of two facilities (and be a back-up to a third).
- Complyimg with proper safety policies and procedures is required.
- You will interact with many people so customer service must be provided to both internal and external customers.
- Mechanical skills (minor repairs) IS a plus.
- Overtime hours may be required.
Physical requirements are:
Ability to Walk, stand, climb, bend forward, kneel down, reach and grasp, push and pull objects, repetitive bending and lifting of items, and also repetitive arm movement. Should be able to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs.
There will be frequent bending, stooping and walking and work is both indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions and extreme weather for periods of time. You may be exposured to dust and harsh chemicals - safe handling of chemicals is a must.

Bring us your High School diploma (or equivalant) as it is required, experience in the care and maintenance of buildings and knowledge of methods, safety practices, materials, chemicals, and equipment used in janitorial work is desirable.
It is a must that you have and maintain a valid NYS Driver’s license.
