Summary of Job:

Previous Hotel experience is required. Main responsibility is for cleaning homes and also helping out around the grounds if need be. Must have knowledge of and understand floor care including marble, brass and glass cleaning. Responsible for making the customers property “Shine” and our employees shine.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures all public areas are cleaned on each shift by assigned employees exceeding customers expectations.
• Ensure your work quality standards are met. Assists as needed.
• Publicly recognizes and rewards employees.
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.
• Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures.
• Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in New Orleans, LA.
• Works weekends and holidays.
• Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees.

Qualifications:

• High School education or GED.
• Three years prior public area, housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must meet company and clients appearance standards.
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
• Ability to motivate and respect other employees.
• Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.
• Team work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
