Birchwood Landings & Oaks of Spring Valley is in need of a professional housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our residential apartment communities by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition.
The candidate selected for this position will be responsible to float between 2 of our properties that are about 6 miles away from one another.
Example: 2 days scheduled at Birchwood Landings and 3 days scheduled at Oaks of Spring Valley
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
