Love your job where the Beach meets the Mountains! We are currently searching for a motivated and talented Houseperson to join our team at the Margaritaville Resort in Gatlinburg, TN. Located in the center of Gatlinburg, the gateway to Smoky Mountain National Park, this resort has 163 rooms and suites, Spa, Margaritaville inspired License To Chill Bar & Grill and Joe Merchants coffee shop, 4,000 square feet of meeting space and additional scenic outdoor event space. POSITION SUMMARY:

The core and support system to the housekeeping department ensuring the team has all the items they need to provide a welcome and comfortable place for our guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with stripping rooms.
• Ensure guest hallways are clean.
• Restock room supplies.
• Respond to guest queries and requests.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong customer focus, customer service and positive attitude.

Strong verbal communication skills required

Physical stamina and mobility

Must be willing to work nights, holidays and weekends
