HR Assistant Job at Glatfelter

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant to support our expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in creating and organizing HR materials: job descriptions, benefit handbooks, employee contracts, recruitment packets and other various internal HR policies. A successful candidate will also have their own personal transportation and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, 401K, etc.) for small businesses.
  • Assist with recruitment of new employees.
  • Assist with interviewing potential employees.
  • Assist with employee training and development.
  • Assist with the resolution of employee problems and complaints.
  • Adhere to relevant employment regulations, state and federal laws, and company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.45 per hour
