HR Culture Champion Job at Ensign

We are looking for a HR Culture Champion who will support the different leadership teams throughout the different locations in South Carolina while helping drive a positive culture. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with employees and leaders, driving a positive culture and supporting retention and employment satisfaction efforts. This role will partner with leaders on HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Strategies that support and help drive employee retention and a positive culture, Employee Relations, Leadership and HR Training, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Employment Law Compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Human Resource role (leadership level role preferred).
  • Working knowledge of South Carolina State and Federal labor laws.
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • PHR or SPHR Certification a plus

  • Great interpersonal skills and able to build positive work relationships, trust and motivation with leadership teams.
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but who also functions as a team member.
  • A positive, flexible and caring personality who displays good judgment, inspires confidence and handles confidential matters with discretion.
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral, who is an articulate speaker, trainer, and focused listener.
  • Adept at MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to learn programs quickly.

**Will travel about 75% of the time throughout the market across the state of South Carolina with occasional travel to other Markets or the Service Center located in San Juan Capistrano for meetings or acquisitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
