HR Generalist Job at Hardies Fruit & Vegetable Company
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR Generalist to join us! If you are passionate about HR and you would like to give your contribution in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you.
Your job will be to provide and support the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to employees but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new and existing employees.
Skills and Competencies
- Bilingual
- Previous working experience as an HR Admin
- Ability to effectively use Google applications
- Knowledge of HR software
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Must be reliable, approachable and helpful
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience with recruitment marketing a plus
