Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resource Information System Specialist will lead the professional and technical support of all human resources systems throughout the organization. Daily responsibilities for the Human Resource Information System Analyst include serving as the key point of contact between information tech services staff and vendors, researching and analyzing reports, summarizing data and making recommendations to the human resources department, and providing direction in regards to all human resources information systems.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Progressive experience in human resources
- Extensive knowledge of human resources information systems
- Healthcare experience not required, but preferred
