Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Processes paperwork/action for hires, transfers, promotions, increases, terminations, and other related employment matters.
- Administers the hourly performance review process.
- Generates reports for data used in analysis and decision making.
- Assists in processing bonuses and incentive programs.
- Ensures pay scales are maintained in the HR/Payroll systems.
- All other duties as assigned.
Specifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, SAP and Ultipro.
