Position Description:
The ideal Candidate is a natural leader with strong Communication, Customer Service, Leasing and Marketing skills along with affordable housing experience. Minimum Qualifications
At least five years Affordable Housing experience.
Tax Credit Experience
OneSite Experience
Must be outgoing and friendly.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently is necessary.
Working with and or the ability to learn to work with today's technology i.e. Email, desk-top, lap-top, iPad, iPhone, tablet etc. and a thorough understanding of Social Media is necessary.
Proficiency in computers and property management software required.
COS or CPO preferred
Background check and drug screen required Compensation & Benefits
