Summary:
HR Assistant assists in recruiting, onboarding, employee retention and daily HR needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain job posting in all locations. Indeed, website, social medias
- Employee Orientation on onboarding both in person and utilizing the HR Payroll system to properly get each employee into the system
- Audits of Personnel Files
- Attending and promoting Recovering Hope at Job Fairs and colleges
- Maintain all forms up to date and representing our brand
- Enrollment to insurances, 401K
- Workers comp claims and OSHA tracking
- Developing and personalizing HR/ Payroll system to streamlines processes
- Be a part of creating, expanding, streamlining the process from recruiting through to employee retention.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred two years of post high school education in business or related fields.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- No nights
- No weekends
