Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs directed to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees in a fast-paced.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Develop and manage benefit programs including annual open enrollment.
- Reconcile and process monthly benefit deductions such as health benefits, Commuter benefits, and 401K contributions.
- Responsible for HR compliance and filing requirements such as 5500’s, eeo-1, 1095’s.
- Design benefit and compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Manage and process employee change requests
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field along with compliance of current laws and regulations.
- Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with in depth Benefits and Compensation or Total Rewards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate HR systems and Compensation tools
- Attention to detail and handling of confidential information is critical
- SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
