Job Description
Cedar Pointe Health and Wellness Center is currently hiring a Full-time HR Coordinator for our skilled nursing facility. Do you have a caring heart and team spirit? We would love to consider you!
Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR related issues in the facility, including staffing, building and maintaining employee files, and new hire orientation
- Prepare, process, and submit payroll data for facility
- On-Boarding
- Employee Relations
Job Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR and Payroll experience is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills required to handle and process multiple tasks for the facility
- Working knowledge of common office machines is necessary
- Strong PC Skills required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
