Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator will:

  • Assist in the overall functions of the Human Resources Department.
  • Perform a full range of secretarial duties for department, assist with maintaining and organizing employee files,
  • Be proficient in verbal and written communications, demonstrate high degree of organizational ability, self-motivation and ability to set priorities.
  • Assist HR team with various projects.
  • Track and manage education and training in Paylocity.
  • Manage and verify all required employee licensures and uploads into Paylocity.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation online system in Paylocity.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll in a multi company environment, including maintaining employee records, manual entries and audits.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, strong organizational skills, and initiative.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years' admin experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year in an HR administrative assistant role
  • Associate Degree
