- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3 Years of related healthcare experience required.
- Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; current personnel practices and techniques, including review techniques; training methods; and job analysis.
- Familiar with the labor market, laws, wage and hour regulations, and ERISA guidelines preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour required.
- Familiar with Joint Commission and HFAP standards.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $95,684.15 to $139,274.03 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program. Discretionary bonuses, if any, are based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to individual and Company performance.
