El Dorado Community Health Centers, an FQHC offering Primary Care Services with locations in Placerville and Cameron Park, is seeking a full-time Human Recourses Director. As a non-profit community health center EDCHC provides Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and SUD Treatment Services to underserved populations.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, implement the human resources policies, programs, and protocols of the EDCHC Leadership Team and Board of Directors to ensure the successful execution of organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, employment practices, and human resources communications in the Center. Additionally, the culture of EDCHC contributes to one of the main reasons individuals decide to work for the organization and to remain committed and be retained over time; this position is integral in that process. The Director of Human Resources manages all employee relations activities and all risks related to employee management, as well as oversees and manages all credentialing and privileging of EDCHC providers and other clinic staff as required by our FQHC status.

Experience & Education:

At least five years of general human resources experience sufficient to demonstrate skill in: Strategic Human Resources planning, Human Resources program development, diversity and inclusiveness strategies, and analytical, project management, and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a closely related discipline required.

Professional of Human Resources Management certification preferred.

Experience with working in Health Care Settings, Non-Profit Organizations, Community Health Centers or clinics preferred.

Pay: $100,154.78 - $144,666.90 per year
