SUMMARY

Conducts research related to target group talent identification, HR best practices, and benchmarking. Develops documentation to align work to business initiatives and strategy. Put together presentations on talent analytics presented at the executive level (benchmarking, competitor analysis, etc.). This position will assist with the budgeting process and expense control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

  • Conducts in-depth research to identify passive candidates for current and future talent needs.
  • Utilizes a variety of search methods such as Boolean search, key word, peel back, x-ray and phase searches to uncover previously unidentified individuals.
  • Uses social media and professional networks to identify candidates with targeted skill sets and experience to meet talent demand of rapidly growing enterprise.
  • Stays abreast of evolving technology used to capture potential talent and utilizes existing technology to manage talent to its fullest extent.
  • Trains others on search methods and optimization of technology, including how to maximize the outcome of search efforts.
  • Maintains training documentation and knowledge base related to area of expertise.
  • Partners with talent acquisition teams to assist with the alignment of talent pools with active career opportunities.
  • Conducts research on other areas of HR as needed, including identifying best practices and integrating HR processes to best serve the needs of the business.
  • Benchmarks HR spend and assists with business cases and reports of ROI of HR investments.
  • Assists with annual budgeting process and monitoring spend/investment throughout the year.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree and 0 to 2 years of experience in sourcing, research, data mining, statistics, predictive modeling or analytics or a combination of relevant education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO and link building strategies.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and search engine spiders.
  • Excellent written, communications, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical, research and planning skills.
  • Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to build relationships throughout the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize work and successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Some travel, including overnight stays, is required.
