We have opened new offices to be able to more easily service clients in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx, and are looking for a Spanish or Russian speaking team-player to join our All-Star team and be better able to serve the different cultures in our community.

The Human Resources Specialist/Coordinator is responsible for assisting a prospective caregiver with onboarding at Ideal Home Health and being able to start providing home care care services. This includes introducing/explaining a caregivers' home care responsibilities, caregiver eligibility, and physical/medical requirements. You will educate and guide prospective caregivers through the onboarding process, including assisting them in receiving Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification (if needed) and all pre-employment requirements. This self-motivated individual needs to understand the importance of completing tasks on-time and staying organized, while simultaneously providing valuable assistance and customer support to our future employees. A friendly attitude and willingness to help are a must.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls

- Demographic/data verification

- Scheduling

- Data Entry

- Sending and receiving documents via fax and email

- CRM management/maintenance

- Communicate with external organizations via phone, email, and fax

Qualifications:

- Experience making and receiving inbound and outbound calls and emails

- Strong oral and written communication

- Ability to multi-take and meet deadlines

- Russian or Spanish language

- Computer and typing skills

- Ability to read, interpret, and compute basic math and data

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
