  • Answer phone / greet visitors to HR department; respond to wide variety of inquiries
  • Operate live scan fingerprint scanner
  • Assist with various duties, including benefits enrollments & cancellations, FMLA, policy interpretation, & workers' compensation administration
  • Help manage job advertising and applications for all of ACV
  • Distribute, collect, review, and manage a wide variety of staff documents; maintain current and accurate paper and electronic files
  • Prepare various information reports and publish as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of records associated with ACV HR Dept
  • Initiate and perform HR-related document audits
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and excellent customer service strongly desired
  • Kronos experience as account user to manage all aspects of HR records required
